Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:


  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Reel Bond may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Reel Bond is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Reel Bond is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with a delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
